A propos de l’artiste :

Aly Ndiaye, aka Webster, was born and raised in the Limoilou neighborhood of Quebec City. Son of a Senegalese father and a Quebec mother, he has always been proud of his origins and presents himself as a SénéQueb métis pure wool. His passion for history led him to pursue university studies in this field.

He began his career in the 1990s alongside Slik Cat and DJ Def in the Northern X formation in sector 21 of the Limoilou district. After five years of work and live performances in the old capital, the group produced a first project entitled Winter Walk in 2000.

In 2007, Webster released his first solo album entitled Sagesse immobile. Since 2009, Webster has hosted writing workshops with teenagers. In 2010, he released his second studio album, Le vieux de la montagne.

Brynne Crockett also known as BdotCroc  will perfom as an opener! She has been rapping since the age of eight years old. She was born and raised in North Minneapolis, Minnesota. Bdot started her official music career in 2008 after she graduated high school by recording and writing music and then performing at any venue granted to her.
Fans and supporters would say “She’s not dope for a FEMALE MC, she’s a DOPE MC.”
