We are pleased to continue our cooking classes in 2019! This winter, Anne Dargent-Wallace returns to AFMSP. Originally from France, Anne began teaching with us after completing her Masters in teaching French as a Foreign language and a PhD in Second Language Acquisition. She then turned towards her other passion; la cuisine. She completed an intensive cooking course at l’Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon and continued her training by working in the kitchen at Spoon and Stable for a year. She now brings her talents as a French teacher and a chef to our cooking classes. She will lead classes on Wednesday evenings and Friday lunchtime starting January 16. No French experience required. Classes will be led in English and French as appropriate for students.

Delve deeper into French culture and grammar reviews with these out of the ordinary classes. Workshops are one day or one afternoon only.
