Kimerly Miller
Kimerly Miller, retired now from her career as a language educator, developed an interest in photography soon after graduation from Macalester College with a B.A. in French. Starting with a film camera that she purchased for a trip to France in 1978 she focuses on architecture, wildlife, landscape, and abstract photography.
For Art-A-Whirl, Kimerly will exhibit the photographs she took during a two-month stay in Brittany.

ÉTOILE DE COTON
Zulma, from her artist's name Étoile de coton, is a mixed media and comic artist.
For Art-A-Whirl, she will have original paintings, prints and cards, and little extra goodies too (like buttons & ephemera). She loves stories and has been drawing, painting, sewing, creating for most of her life. Her goal is to go beyond aestheticism and to use her art to share stories.

Gregg Rutter
Gregg Rutter has been interested in photography his whole life. In high school he had a goal of photographing all of Frank Lloyd Wright’s buildings in Minnesota. After graduating from the University of Minnesota with a BA degree in Architecture, he traveled to France and Italy with his 35mm Canon camera in hand to photograph the architecture and street scenes of Paris, Florence, Siena, and Rome.
For Art-A-Whirl, Gregg will be displaying framed photographs on easels.

Melissa Sisk
Born in Germany and raised around the United States, Melissa Sisk developed a unique perspective that profoundly influenced her independence and journey into the world of art. Melissa is an illustrator and printmaker. She’s also a medical and scientific visual artist! Her future projects at Highpoint Center for Printmaking will include merging art-and-science as a theme and medium.
For Art-A-Whirl, Melissa will have a collection of screen prints that she has both illustrated and printed.

Po Cushman
Po Cushman is a painter, a musician, a dancer, and a storyteller. His artworks are inspired by the woods.
For Art-A-Whirl, Po will have original watercolor paintings and original pen and ink drawings.

ANNA ORBOVICH
Anna Orbovich is an artist who recently relocated back to the Twin Cities and is excited to reconnect with the art community there. She loves being outside whether hiking, backpacking or paddling. In her art practice, much of her current work is now made on location outdoors in the early stages of her process, and is inspired directly by the landscape she finds herself in.
For Art-A-Whirl, she will be showcasing some new etchings based on blind contour drawings of wildness alongside some screen prints and cyanotypes.

Mathis JE is a clay artist.
For Art-A-Whirl, he will be sharing his new pottery collection which features fossils and cave paintings that he replicates by hand.
