Please prepare for the weather, bring water, and wear breathable clothes. Bikes must be in working order to ride. We will not have repair tools on site.

Bastille Day Club Vélo - July 14
Join Alliance Française Mpls/St Paul for our biking club, Club Vélo and stay after for our Bastille Day celebration!
The ride on Bastille Day, Thursday, July 14 will take place from 12:30 to 2:30 pm. The ride will leave from return to: Alliance Française Mpls/St Paul - 227 Colfax Ave N, MN 55405

Note: Please park on the street to allow for Bastille Day event setup in the parking lot
Join member of the AFMSP Board of Directors, Allison Lindberg, on a celebratory ride through Minneapolis as we celebrate the French day of independence. We will convene at the AFMSP and from there will ride north towards the river, linking up at West River Parkway and head south to the Greenway Trail. We'll conclude our ride cycling through the Lake of the Isles/Kenwood neighborhood en route back to the AFMSP. From there, you are welcome to stay and join the Bastille Day festivities or bid adieu au club. Consider bringing a change of clothes for after the ride and/or a form of payment for any drinks or snacks available for purchase at the event.
Note: This ride is predominantly on designated bike trails but may include some occasional shared-road cycling.
