Les Djeunes: Snowtubing at the loppet trailhead
This February, let’s have some fun sliding down the hills! Our teen club, les Djeunes, will go snow tubing at The Trailhead on Saturday, February 11th, from 9:30 am to 12 pm.
This event is FREE for teens and we have a special discount for parents: one adult pass for $8.50, instead of $17! Teens must be registered in advance using the button below. Parents do not need to register, and can purchase the discounted day pass upon arrival at The Trailhead. Call us at (612) 332-0436 if you have any issues registering.
Make sure to register online so we have your information and are able to contact you. Registering online is very important as it provides our team a list of participants. You must register in advance to attend!
Make sure to be at the trailhead by 9:30 am. We need to arrive early so we are sure to have a spot for our group! We’ll start tubing at about 10 am.
Bring warm clothes (don’t forget your gloves, hats, and warm socks!)

The tubing hill at Wirth Park, just behind The Trailhead, is designed for fun and is the easiest way to enjoy the hills ! There will be an operating tow rope which will bring tubers back up to the top of the hill. You bring the warm clothes, the Loppet center will provide the rest! Parking is available outside The Trailhead building with more parking available at the Wirth Chalet. After snow tubing, you can have a rest and enjoy a hot chocolate inside the building, at the Trailhead café!
