Lymph Drainage Therapy with Chris Wardwell Bodywork

Chris Wardwell is a bodyworker specializing in John Barnes Myofascial Release, craniosacral therapy, and lymph drainage therapy. The goal of his practice is to help clients live lives free from pain and discomfort. His work is often gentle and does not require the use of oils or lotions, yet is very therapeutic. He has successfully worked with clients of all ages experiencing anxiety, chronic headaches, back and hip pain, as well as helping clients prepare for and recover from surgery. He would love the opportunity to work with members of the Alliance Française community!

Lymph Drainage Therapy is a gentle, relaxing form of bodywork utilizing rhythmic strokes to encourage the natural flow of lymph in the body. Lymph Drainage Therapy aids in detoxifying the body, supports the immune system, and has anti-aging abilities.  It can also reduce swelling and pain while increasing range of movement in restricted areas. These 20 minute mini-sessions will focus on moving lymph in the face and neck and can be beneficial for headaches, neck pain, and wrinkles.

Denim Donation

AFMSP is hosting a denim donation drive during our Fall Open House!

Madewell, in partnership with Cotton’s Blue Jeans Go Green™ program allows you to donate your well-loved jeans to help a great cause (and you get a discount on new Madewell jeans)!

How does it work?

  1. Bring your old jeans to the AFMSP Fall Open House, drop them off with Madewell (they will have a donation bin in the Grande Salle).

  2. The Madewell staff on-site will give you a coupon for $50 off a new pair of Madewell jeans.

  3. Cotton’s Blue Jeans Go Green™ program will turn them into housing insulation for communities in need!
