Outdoor Movie Night - Astérix & Obélix: Mission Cleopatra
Join us at the Alliance for an outside movie night as we watch Astérix & Obélix: Mission Cleopatra directed by Alain Chabat. This classic French comedy will transport you to ancient Egypt with a hilarious twist. Bring your friends, family, and a cozy blanket to enjoy a fun-filled evening under the stars!
“It's back in 52 BC. That's right, BC. Although Gaul isn’t totally overrun, Cleopatra’s Egypt is under the yoke of the Roman Empire. What’s worse is that Cleopatra, that dame with the big nose, has had the good sense to chose Caesar for her boyfriend. Caesar is the Emperor of the Greatest of All Peoples. Or so he says.”
The movie will be shown in French with English subtitles. The Alliance will provide chairs, but feel free to bring your own camping chair for extra comfort!
This is a free event, but we suggest a donation of $5 for individuals and $20 for families. Registration required. Please note that the format is subject to change depending on the weather.
