Vincent Francoual is a celebrated chef in Minneapolis. He currently serves as the Culinary Director for Cara Irish Pubs. Vincent worked under famed chef Eric Ripert at Le Bernardin, a 4-star New York Times and 3-star Michelin rated restaurant. He also owned and operated Vincent, a restaurant in Minneapolis, and a local favorite for 15 years before he closed the restaurant in 2015 to venture into his current role.

Born and raised in Minneapolis, Kristin Watts worked in wine bars in NYC and in Shanghai. She worked for 6 years for a small wine import company and has dedicated herself to developing a portfolio of wines from Europe. Kristin’s passion for the stories behind the label runs deep, and she is thrilled to share these stories with you!

Don’t forget about your cheese and wine selection; it’s better to do the tasting... with the taste!

This time, we'll do it differently. We recommend cheeses and wines to buy yourself at Trader Joe's, so that all our audiences can have access to these products! You don’t need to live in Minnesota to participate!!
