Brittany, in French Bretagne, is the farthest west of the regions of Metropolitan France. It is named after the historic and geographic region of Brittany, of which it constitutes 80%. The capital is Rennes. It is a peninsular region bordered by the English Channel to the north and the Bay of Biscayto the south, and its neighboring regions are Normandy to the northeast and Pays de la Loire to the southeast.

Exhibition - Promenades Bretonnes by Don Holzschuh. Don Holzschuh is a plein air painter from Minnesota whose loose paint and high-keyed colors have captured the essence of local cafés, parks and residential neighborhoods from Bretagne villages! The exhibition will be on display until May 29.

Presentation - Join Damien online to learn about Bretagne’s geography and scenery, from the more discrete “Bretagne intérieure” to its diverse “façade maritime”, from its magnificent forests to sandy beaches, granitic cliffs and fierce storms!

Harp Concert - We take you to Brittany with an outdoor harp concert by Heather Cornelius! Heather will offer us a beautiful program of several composers having connections with Brittany.

Atelier cuisine - Far Breton is the most popular dessert in Brittany. There is nearly always a piece of “far” in a Breton kitchen! Plus, it is very easy to make this recipe! Join Anne D’argent from D’argent Bakery to prepare it online during our cooking workshop!

We will meet you at our partner’s location Breizh Crêperie for a fun socially distanced and masked Fest-noz… The theme? La Bretagne! So wear your favorite striped sweater!
