Join us for a cooking class dedicated to Malagasy cuisine, in our teaching kitchen!

Ny Aina Andrea Randriamanantena will share the essential points of Madagascar cuisine, including its most common ingredients and a bit of history!

Madagascar, located off the southern coast of Africa, is one of the largest islands in the world. The country is characterized by its cross-cultural roots with a mix of Asian and African heritage. Malagasy cuisine is rich in flavor, as well as in the variety of vegetables and spices used.

Comme parfaite illustration de la cuisine malagasy, nous préparerons un « Anana sy Henakisoa », filet de porc découpé en morceau braisé puis, mijoté dans son propre jus avec de la brède et une sauce tomate aromatisée à l’ail et aux gingembres. Tout cela accompagné de riz blanc ainsi que de l’achard carotte.
