Join us for a unique cooking workshop dedicated to the cuisine of Île de la Réunion with the Compagnie Tilawcis who will be with us to perform at Macalester College on March 6!

They are performers, musicians, but they also know how to cook!

Learn to make a cari coq massalé, une daube de citrouille, un cari zaricot blanc (haricot blanc, coco, flageolet ou mogette) avec un riz basmati et un rougail tomate !
