For those who have attended our Say Cheese! events in the past, the Cheese Tour de France continues! We will therefore introduce you to other wines and cheeses, so you are more than welcome to attend this event again, your palate will be all the more satisfied!

Vincent Francoual is a celebrated chef in Minneapolis. He currently serves as the Culinary Director for Cara Irish Pubs. Vincent worked under famed chef Eric Ripert at Le Bernardin, a 4-star New York Times and 3-star Michelin rated restaurant. He also owned and operated Vincent, a restaurant in Minneapolis, and a local favorite for 15 years before he closed the restaurant in 2015 to venture into his current role.
Daniel Stockton was born in England but has lived and worked in Paris, the Dordogne region (Sarlat) and Biarritz where fell in love with wine. He has spent the best part of the last 20yrs in the restaurant business and was the wine buyer for The Melting Pot restaurants in the Washington DC area.

The past two Say Cheese! events we’ve began to explore the 350+ French cheeses available when preparing a cheese platter... let's try four new ones! This selection will feature four cheeses - Langres, Somport, Epoisses, Fourme d’Ambert - along with bread and accoutrements such as dried or fresh fruit, pickles, or nuts - and two select bottles of wine: Earl Paul Durdilly et Fils Beaujolais Les Grandes Coasses and Le Paradou Viognier.

Red
Earl Paul Durdilly et Fils Beaujolais Les Grandes Coasses
A pure, refined Gamay wine with a Burgundian personality, grown on soils more common to Vosne-Romanée than Beaujolais. Violet aromas, silky tannins, ruby-red fruit.
White
Le Paradou Viognier
Le Paradou Viognier is produced from vines on rocky hillsides of porous limestone soils originating from the Jurassic period, resulting in a mineral Viognier with bright acidity. It is aged entirely in tank to retain freshness and purity.
