Les Étoiles du Nord 🌟

We are excited to announce the launch of our new Les Étoiles du Nord program!

Designed to give young French-language heritage speakers of Minnesota a space to connect with peers, improve French fluency, and learn more about their Francophone identities through artistic, literary, and musical workshops, this year-long French immersion group is free and open to youth 10 - 18 years old, regardless of their family origins. High School Scholarship Program

Each year, Alliance Française Mpls/St Paul awards local high school freshmen, sophomores and juniors with a one-year scholarship to language classes. The scholarship program began in 2003 and covers all membership fees, tuition and materials for the student for one calendar year, a total value of $2,000 per participant. More information here!

Kids' events

FRANCOKIDS

A fun and engaging one-hour workshop about one French Speaking Country ! Join one of our Teachers and talk about their home country ! Discover French Speaking Countries through music, food tasting, book, objects and so much more ! This Year discover Le Quebec with Marie, Le Maroc with Meriem and Le Togo with Ama !

FREE for general public, maximum of 20 participants per workshop. Three workshop a year, one Saturday per session from 10:30 am to 11:30 am, during the P’tit déj event.

Teen Club in the twin cities

Join our Teen Club, come hang out with other French Speaking teens for movie and game nights, cooking classes, sports, apple picking, kayaking, and more...tout en français ! This teen club is beginner friendly !

Club ado online teen club

Each Month, our teens get the chance to participate in an one-hour virtual meeting with other teens from all around the country ! This Club Ado is organized and hosted by different Alliance Française Chapters : Raleigh, Washington DC, Seattle, Oklahoma City and Sacramento.
